• Extraction of AV, CMV and EBV DNA from EDTA, citrated blood or plasma of human origin
• High reliability: internal control (IC), which is introduced into the lysis buffer at the extraction stage of EACH specimen
• High safety: negative controls are also extracted
• Amplification and simultaneous detection of up to 4 pathogens in one tube
• High accuracy: a standard curve of each virus is generated by plotting supplied quantification standards (QS1; QS2; QS3). The standards are also supplied as a mix.

• This assay has been fully validated on an ABI7500 with the AgPath-ID™ One-Step RT-PCR Kit (Ambion, cat # AM1005).
