TESTPRINCIPLE AND PROCEDURE

• Extraction of nucleic acid from stool samples of human origin
• High reliability: internal control (IC), which is introduced into the lysis buffer at the extraction stage of EACH specimen
• High safety: includes positive and negative controls for each pathogen
• Amplification and simultaneous detection of up to 4 pathogens in one tube

• The test is available for use with the ABI 7500, Rotor-Gene 6000, Bio-Rad CFX96 and the LightCycler480.
• This assay has been fully validated on an ABI7500 with the AgPath-ID™ One-Step RT-PCR Kit (Ambion, cat # AM1005).
