We offer our real-time PCR in the product lines ampliCube and alphaCube. For the amplification and detection of DNA and RNA, respectively, using specific primers and a double-labeled sample.
Fast, easy and guaranteed high yield – our alphaClean product line is characterised by the isolation of nucleic acids from a wide variety of starting materials for subsequent in vitro diagnostics.

Our tests are characterised by high sensitivity and specificity. An internal control is included in each real-time PCR reaction to monitor nucleic acid (RNA/DNA) extraction and PCR inhibition.

Our tests are compatible with common real-time PCR cyclers and can be flexibly processed with various RNA/DNA extraction methods.

High Standard

CE mark: Our PCR tests meet the standard of the EU Directive 98/79/EC for in vitro diagnostic medical devices.
