Our RT-qPCR-based T-Track® assays are comprised of two diagnostic kits:

1. T-Track® stimulation: stimulation of antigen-specific immune cells by incubation of blood samples with pathogen-specific antigens and subsequent stabilization of RNA.
2. T-Track®-Quant PCR: Measurement of the expression of specific classification markers by reverse transcription and quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR). Incl. software-based evaluation.
