Remote maintenance programme

Our aim is to provide you with a smooth and efficient solution.

That is why we provide you with a free remote maintenance programme. This allows us to help you quickly and easily by connecting directly to your computer or device. This way we can work together on a solution without you having to leave your office or workplace. The remote maintenance is carried out with the software TeamViewer in an end-to-end session between customers and registered Mikrogen employees. A download of customer data in the context of remote maintenance is technically not possible without the knowledge and cooperation of the customer.

Please click on the link, the .exe file will download automatically, you will find the programme on your computer under Downloads. You can place the programme on your desktop, for example, and a separate installation is not necessary.
