Application specialist (m/w/d)
You support the sales department in application support and are the first point of contact for our customers.
Independent conceptualisation and implementation of training courses for our customers and distribution partners in the use of device and test kit combinations
Supporting customers and distribution partners with technical application issues (on site if necessary)
Installation of devices and assumption of maintenance tasks
Creation and optimisation of applications and automation solutions
Contact for first-level support
Input of market knowledge to optimise the respective products in close cooperation with the R&D, sales and product management teams
Completed education as a BTA, CTA or MTA or scientific studies in biology, biotechnology or equivalent education
Professional experience in a laboratory environment and/or interest in automation processes in laboratory diagnostics desirable
High level of technical expertise and experience in the field of device automation
Team player and enjoy working in direct contact with customers
Independence, flexibility and a sense of responsibility
Quick comprehension, solution-orientated thinking and communication skills round off your profile
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Willingness to travel (max. 50 %, domestic)
A secure, permanent full-time employment contract with 31 days of vacation
