Service technician (m/f/d) Field service / Indoor service
Contact person for first-level support of laboratory automation systems
Installation, maintenance and service of laboratory automation devices
Supporting customers and distribution partners with technical and application-related issues (on site if necessary)
Creation and optimisation of applications and automation solutions
Training our customers and distribution partners in the use of device and test kit combinations
Creation of technical documents, work instructions, etc.
Completed technical vocational training or qualification as a state-certified technician (m/f/d), master (m/f/d) or comparable training
Professional experience in a laboratory environment and / or interest in automation processes in laboratory diagnostics desirable
Interest in technical problems in connection with IT-supported processes
Team player and enjoy working in direct customer contact
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Willingness to travel (max. 50 %, domestic)
A secure, permanent full-time employment contract with 31 days of vacation
