ampliCube Respiratory Flu & SARS-CoV-2
Our ampliCube Respiratory Flu & SARS-CoV-2 is a highly sensitive and flexible real-time PCR test system for the detection of COVID-19 / SARS-CoV-2 and influenza in one test. Five reporter dyes for the targets - Influenza A (matrix), Influenza B (hemagglutinin), SARS-CoV-2 (E-gene for Sarbeco), SARS-CoV-2 (ORF1a) and Internal Control ensure reliable and unambiguous differentiation and differentiation. The test is developed for a 5-channel real-time PCR cycler.
