Our ampliMelt SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR tests are designed for the direct detection and differentiation of the SARS-CoV-2 Variants of Concern Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta and Omicron by real-time multiplex RT-PCR followed by melting curve analysis.
The tests are research use only (RUO).
