Instruction for use (eIFU)

Dear customers,

We have begun to gradually make the instructions for use (IFU) and safety data sheets (SDS) for our products available in electronic format. From July 2026, you will be able to see whether an electronic instruction for use (eIFU) is already available for your product by checking the address of our eIFU portal, which will be printed directly on the outside of the product label:

If the URL for the eIFU platform is stated on the product label, the product has already been switched to the electronic instructions for use (eIFU). In this case, the product no longer comes with printed instructions for use. If no URL is stated, the printed instructions for use are included with the product as usual.

To download the required documents (eIFU and/or safety data sheets), please enter your product’s INSTRU-LOT number into the search field on the eIFU portal. You will find this on the product label affixed to the outside of the product (see example image on the right).

IMPORTANT: Please download the latest electronic instructions for use (eIFU) from our eIFU portal each time you receive a new product delivery to ensure that you are always using the valid and, where applicable, updated version.
