These are your tasks:

Responsible management and strategic development of the product portfolio in the field of clinical chemistry
Introduction of new test systems, including market analysis, product positioning, and life cycle management
Technical and scientific support for sales, service, and customers
Planning, conducting, and evaluating product training sessions, workshops, and presentations
Close collaboration with R&D, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Key Opinion Leaders
Creation and maintenance of product documentation, training materials, and technical information
Support for evaluations, validations, and clinical studies at customer sites
Market monitoring (trends, competition, guidelines) and development of corresponding measures
Collaboration on international projects and participation in conferences and trade shows

What you bring with you:

Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (e.g., biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, medical technology, or similar)
Several years of experience in product management, application services, or in a clinical diagnostic laboratory
In-depth knowledge of clinical chemistry and common routine diagnostic parameters
Practical experience with a CLIA analyzer, such as Liaison or Kleeya, or other random-access analyzers
Understanding of technical processes, quality management, and regulatory requirements (IVDR)
Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with customers and internal stakeholders
Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Willingness to travel (approx. 20–30%)
