As a reliable, committed team player (m/f/d), you will support us in the production of innovative diagnostic tests (immunoassays), thereby strengthening our market position

Following thorough induction, you will be responsible for managing the entire production process (manufacture of chemiluminescent immunoassays) for our recomCLIA test systems in accordance with established quality standards

You will be involved in day-to-day laboratory operations and ensure that manufacturing is carried out in accordance with a quality management-driven design throughout the entire production cycle

In the long term, you will take on increasing responsibility and support the team as deputy group leader (m/f/d)

A vocational qualification as a technical assistant (MTA, MTLA, LTA, BTA, CTA) (m/f/d), as a biology laboratory technician or a comparable laboratory qualification

Substantial laboratory experience and, ideally, experience with CLIA test systems (chemiluminescent immunoassays, immunoassay manufacturing)

A passion for organisation and coordination, as well as a willingness to take on responsibility – right up to the role of deputy group leader

Ideally, some initial experience with the labelling of proteins and antibodies, or their conjugation to (magnetic) particles

A careful and conscientious approach to work, including when documenting productions

Excellent German language skills; basic English proficiency (for SOPs and regulatory documentation) is an advantage
