With our tests ampliCube Gastrointestinal Bacteria panels 1 and ampliCube Gastrointestinal Bacteria panels 2 you can detect and confirm the following bacterial pathogens of gastrointestinal infections:
Panel 1: For the detection of Campylobacter, Salmonella and Yersinia enterocolitica.
Panel 2: For the detection of VTEC (STX1+2), Shigella/EIEC and ETEC
