With our ampliCube Respiratory bacterial panels you can detect and confirm the following bacterial pathogens of respiratory infections:


Panel 1.1: For detection of Chlamydophila pneumoniae, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Legionella spp., Legionella pneumophila.
Panel 1.1 LC: Test is only designed for use on the Roche LightCycler® 480 II.

Panel 2: For the detection of Bordetella pertussis, Bordetella parapertussis, Bordetella holmesii

Panel 3: For the detection of Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, Haemophilus influenzae

Panel 4: For the detection of Moraxella catarrhalis, Klebsiella pneumoniae/oxytoca
