CLIA Adiponectin
Chemiluminescence kit for the detection of adiponectin in human serum
Adiponectin together with Leptin, is one of the key adipokines produced by adipose tissue and its serum levels correlate with total body fat. Leptin plays an important role in energy metabolism, inflammatory processes and insulin sensitivity. Their circulating concentrations, as well as their ratio, serve as biomarkers for the early detection of metabolic disorders and cardiometabolic risk.
