recomBlot Rubella IgG
Differentiation test to exclude primary rubella infection.
Mikrogen recomBlot Rubella IgG Test is a line immunoassay for the detection of IgG antibodies against all rubella-specific antigens important for reliable serological diagnosis. The test uses rubella virus lysate obtained from Vero cells. IgG conformation antibodies against rubella antigen E2 appear at the earliest three months after vaccination or infection. If the E2 band is detected, infection in the last three months can be excluded serologically.
