Mikrogen recomLine ANA/ENA IgG Test is a line immunoassay based on recombinantly produced antigens, for the differentiation as well as the distinction of autoimmune rheumatic diseases from rheumatic diseases of differing etiology but comparable symptomatology.
A one-step approach allows for a differention between the most common autoimmune collagenoses systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), Sjögren's syndrome (SjS), mixed collagenoses (MCTD), progressive systemic scleroderma (PSS) and myositides.
