Mikrogen recomWell Parvovirus B19 tests are quantitative and qualitative enzyme immunoassays for the detection of IgG and IgM class antibodies to the recombinantly produced VP-1 antigen and VP-2 particles. By using the VP-2 particles, an additional presentation of conformational epitopes to the otherwise presented linear epitopes is achieved.
