Ready-to-use ELISpot assay for monitoring the functionality of antigen-specific T cells via measurement of IFN-γ release.

Our Mikrogen T-Track® ELISpot Basic Kit strip/solid can be used to determine the functionality of antigen-specific T cells by measuring IFN-γ release. The ELISpot assay detects antigen-specific cellular activity at the single cell level, allowing quantification of IFN-γ-producing cells. T-Track® ELISpot Basic Kit strip/solid enables rapid and standardized analysis combined with highest specificity and lowest background.
